The objective of the programme is to encourage the development of Bulgarian-Greek trans border region ant to provide regional cohesion and competitiveness. The strategic objectives are to enhance the attractiveness of the region by improving the quality of life and the structure of accessibility, to increase competitiveness by promoting entrepreneurship, establishing networks of cooperation and investment in human resources.

The project is implemented in partnership with Didymoteichon Municipality  Republic of Greece -  acting as Lead Partner
